C est un lieu extrêmement agréable, vrai havre de paix et de bonheur. Veronique et Laurent sont d'une grande gentillesse et extrêmement accueillant. L'offre petit-déjeuner est un vrai plus. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.

We stayed at the Black Sheep for two weeks. Our hosts, Véronique and Laurent, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We loved that the accommodation was so dog-friendly. It's not easy to find, and it was important to us. Everything was spotless. We loved the private hot tub, the modern accommodation, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the quiet and peaceful setting, the central location, and the enthusiastic owners and their dogs. We loved visiting Domme (a 10-minute drive) and Beynac-et-Cazenac (a 15-minute drive), both listed among the most beautiful villages in France. We hope to return someday. It was so wonderful; we didn't want to leave.

The location is ideal in Sarlat, and other attractions are all within easy reach. Laurent was very attentive and provided helpful advice throughout our stay. Accommodation is in specially built chalets, each with its own jacuzzi on the terrace. Although there are four chalets, and they were all occupied at some point, we felt very private. The fact that they accept dogs and have electric vehicle charging points is a real bonus, with the proceeds going to a local animal welfare charity. If, and when, we return to the area, we will definitely stay at this superb place again.

Peace and quiet in a tranquil setting, just 5 minutes from Sarlat. A great base for exploring the surrounding area. The rental, just four cottages, features quality furnishings. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious. There's a utility area where you can put your suitcases and a clothesline that I used as a wardrobe, discreetly tucked away in the main room. The kitchenette has everything you need without having to cook too much. This area is perhaps a little dark, so we set up the table on the terrace. A magnificent terrace with a jacuzzi and a view of the lovely swimming pool. And of course, the kindness and warmth of our hosts, Véronique and Laurent, who have created a haven of peace that reflects their own style. Thank you for the lovely aperitif we enjoyed with such a charming couple.

Véronique and Laurent are remarkably kind; they've made this place a little haven of peace. Inside, everything is well thought out, from the kitchen area to the bathroom, with high-quality materials. Impeccable, brand new, and compact accommodation. A warm welcome from a couple who truly go out of their way to make your holiday even more enjoyable. Secure parking, each space has a charging point. Strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served in your room. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols by the pool. Quietly located, a 7-minute drive from Sarlat. There are many restaurants in the nearby villages. You can also eat on-site. Well-equipped kitchen for preparing simple meals. Good shower. Ample storage space for clothes. Bath towels are provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels for the pool. More than enough power outlets. Fantastic beds, even for people with back problems like us. A dream stay for our dog, who was able to play every day with the owners' two adorable dogs. There's even a food and drink bowl set up on the lovely terrace of the room.
